Susan Washburn

Susan Washburn nee Galik 62, passed away January 28, 2022; loving wife of the late Raymond Washburn Jr.; caring daughter of the late George and the late Doris “Pixie” (Larson) Galik. Loving sister of David (Lynda) Galik, Laura Galik (Jack Rojewski), JoAnn (Todd) Coughlan. Dear aunt to Richard (Cathy), Lisa (Peter), Michael, Miranda (Alex) and Riley. Greatest Great Aunt to Jacob, Alexandria, and Warren. Fond sister-in-law of Jeffrey (Dawn) Washburn. She also leaves aunts, many cousins, and friends. After the death of her husband in 2017, Sue moved from Chicago to Huntley where she enjoyed many outings with her family. Sue adored the two newest members of the family, AJ & Warren and would FaceTime with them often.  They never failed to put a smile on her face. She loved her family and was very appreciative of them.  They love her back and are going to miss her very much.
