June Wilfers

June Margaret Wilfers nee LaFaire age 99; Daughter of Francis George LaFaire and Margaret Annette Keenan. Preceded in death by her husband Glenn Wilfers; Loving mother of the late Carole(Russell) St. Pierre and Cheryl(John) Kale; cherished Nana to Michelle(Willam) Noglows, Edward(Patricia) St. Pierre, Gregory St. Pierre, John Kale, Glenn Kale and Christina Kale. Wonderful Great-Grammy to Jessica, Nicholas, Tj and Logan. June is predecessed by sisters Lauretta and Mildred as well as her brothers George, Edward, Raymond, Harold and Robert. June graduated from Lindbloom High School and was a member of Omega Psi Tau National Sorority. She was a proud Beautician for over 15 years with Salons on 103 and Pulaski and 79th and Homan. She retired as a Communications Supervisor at CNA Insurance. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to JDRF.org in memory of June’s great niece Jordan Cavanaugh. Visitation Monday August 13th 4pm-8pm at Kosary Funeral Home 9837 S. Kedzie Ave. Evergreen Park. Funeral Tuesday August 14th, 8:45 am from Chapel to   St. Germaine Church Mass  9:30am.
